Higher Self Experience showcased ways wellness technology can work in symbiosis with traditional healing rituals with an ultra-healing activation, September 2025. The breathtaking Grade II listed 1901 Ballroom of luxury hotel Andaz London became a ‘biohacked’ space, and guests were immersed in red light therapy, healing sound frequencies, purified air, reverse osmosis hydrogen-infused water, adaptogenic coffee and organic snacks for a morning of ultimate self care.
Red light therapy tech combined with ancient sound frequencies
Guests indulged in a red light therapy mat session from global welltech brand BON CHARGE. This non-invasive technology emits both red near-infrared light at the most studied wavelengths for therapeutic benefits such as muscle relaxation, improved recovery, skin appearance and overall well-being. This relaxing session was further elevated with the healing frequencies of a sound bath hosted by multi-sensory artist Jasmin Harsono of Emerald + Tiger. Creating a safe and sacred sanctuary, Jasmin bathed guests in sound vibrations to promote a sense of calm and serene balance.
A space curated for ultimate wellbeing
Precision engineered technology experts Optimal Health provided revolutionary hydration and antioxidant support from their Hydrogen Water Generator, which delivers clean, hydrogen-rich water to support energy, recovery and cellular
health. Optimal Health also optimised the air in the ballroom with their Air Purifier, which uses advanced filtration technology for cleaner, healthier breathing. It removes allergens, odours, and harmful pollutants creating a fresher, safer living environment.
For a fully natural power-up after the sound bath, guests enjoyed an adaptogenic coffee blend from London Nootropics.
